Fair Use Policy 

Our pass is designed to give you and your close circle access to unlimited orders throughout the year.

To prevent system abuse, each Perfume Pass is strictly linked to a single registered delivery address.

The Perfume Pass is intended strictly for personal, non-commercial, and domestic use.

We allow — and expect — you to share the benefits of your membership with your inner circle of friends and family. However, we do not allow changing the delivery address to send packages to multiple different locations, or using a workplace, office building, school campus, or university department to distribute orders to dozens of colleagues or students.

We actively monitor account activity, ordering patterns, and delivery locations to ensure fair usage.

Important Notice: Non-domestic delivery addresses (such as businesses, workplaces, schools, and universities) will be closely monitored for Fair Use compliance. Any attempt to circumvent the single-address limit or use an institutional location for group ordering will be flagged as policy abuse.

If an account is found to be in breach of this policy:

We reserve the right to immediately cancel the Perfume Pass without prior notice.

To resume service, a new Perfume Pass must be purchased under a compliant account.
