Membership Details

For an annual membership fee, you will receive unlimited access to our wholesale priced catalogue for one full year.

The store is locked for purchase until a Perfume Pass is active on your account. Once purchased, your customer profile is automatically tagged, instantly unlocking checkout for your specific email address.

Please note:

Your membership is linked to your registered email address and cannot be transferred, shared, or changed.

You must be signed into your account using the exact email address used to purchase the Perfume Pass; otherwise, the checkout will remain locked, and you will not be able to place orders.

Perfume Pass is a one-off upfront payment purchase, not a recurring subscription. You will never be charged automatically when your pass expires.

Checkout & Delivery

Checkout opens during the weekend ONLY.

To ensure your order is included in the next weekly batch, please place it by midnight on Sunday.

Your order will be delivered by the end of the following week or earlier - estimated lead time of 4–5 days via Royal Mail Tracked services.

Note: We do not process and/or dispatch items over weekends or Bank Holidays.

Stock Availability

If an item in your order cannot be fulfilled, we'll let you know as soon as possible and issue an immediate refund for the affected products.

Shipping Costs & Order Limitations

We charge a flat £5 fee per order for postage and packaging. This keeps our prices low on every item, every time.

Due to Postal Safety Regulations imposed by Royal Mail, there is a maximum limit of 4 items per order.

To help ensure that all members have a fair opportunity to purchase popular or limited-stock products, we reserve the right to introduce additional purchase limits on certain products or categories.

Return & Refund Policy

We offer a full refund on your Perfume Pass within 14 days of purchase, provided that no orders have been placed under your account. Once a purchase has been made using your active membership status, the annual membership fee becomes non-refundable.

You have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us of a return, and a further 14 days after that to physically send the items back.

Goods must be returned in their original, sealed packaging and be completely re-saleable. Faulty items must be returned in a clean condition.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, or we sent the incorrect product.
