Refund policy

The Return Window: You have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us of a return, and a further 14 days after that to physically send the items back.

Item Condition: Goods must be returned in their original, sealed packaging and be completely re-saleable. Faulty items must be returned in a clean condition.

Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, or we sent the incorrect product.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged, do not throw it away without written confirmation from us, as we may need it shipped back to us (at our expense).

Proof of Postage: Please keep your proof of postage. We cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or damaged in transit back to us.

Processing Time: We aim to process all refunds and returns within 5 working days of receiving the items back.
