Your £30 payment gives you access to Perfume Pass member pricing for 12 months.

Your membership is linked to the email address used when purchasing your Perfume Pass. You must sign in using the same email address to access member checkout.

Your membership is a one-off upfront payment and is not a recurring subscription. You will never be automatically charged when your 12-month pass expires.

Once your current membership expires, you can purchase another 12-month pass if you wish to continue.

You can browse our products and build your basket throughout the week.

Member checkout is available during the weekend ordering window. To be included in the next weekly batch, please place your order before midnight Sunday.

Weekend orders are processed on Monday and sent via Royal Mail Tracked services, with delivery targeted by the end of the week.

We do not process or dispatch orders over weekends or Bank Holidays.

Product availability can change quickly. If an item in your order cannot be fulfilled, we will let you know as soon as possible and issue a refund for the affected product.

Delivery is a flat £5 per order using Royal Mail Tracked services.

You can add up to 4 products to the same parcel, subject to our delivery and order terms.

To help ensure that all members have a fair opportunity to purchase popular or limited-stock products, we reserve the right to introduce additional purchase limits on certain products or categories.

Your Perfume Pass membership can be refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided that you have not placed an order using your membership.

Once an order has been placed using your active membership, the £30 membership fee becomes non-refundable.

For product returns, you have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us of a return, followed by a further 14 days to send the item back.

Goods should be returned in their original, sealed packaging and be completely resaleable.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, or we sent the incorrect product.

Perfume Pass is designed for personal, domestic use and for sharing the benefits of membership with your close circle of family and friends.

Each membership is linked to a single registered delivery address.

We do not allow members to use multiple delivery addresses, workplaces, offices, schools, universities or other institutional locations to distribute orders to large groups.

We monitor account activity, ordering patterns and delivery locations to help maintain fair use of the membership.

If an account is found to be in breach of the Fair Use Policy, we reserve the right to cancel the membership.
